Shipping and Returns Policy
Please note that some of our warehouses are closed for the Christmas / New Years period as they need a holiday too. Therefore there may be a delay in processing some of your orders. I will confirm with you when your order will be shipped and if you have any questions please let me know.
Anything that is Worlds Apart, Bling2o, Keezi, Fairy Girls will be shipped as normal over the next few weeks so you can still order the fabulous goggles and the new toddler bed, single bed furniture for your kids and it will arrive promptly.
Everything will be back to normal from 7th January 2019.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
We post everything standard shipping with various carriers as we have products originate from different locations due to warehousing being in different places.
Shipping for metro areas for items under 5 kilos is a flat rate of $9.99.
For all items above 5 kilos the shipping is calculated based on the delivery location and is displayed on the shopping cart page.
Allow 2-6 business days for standard delivery to metro and some regional areas. For some regional and remote areas delivery time will take longer, please check the individual tracking number for exact details. If you have any questions please contact our office and we will assist you.
Approximate Delivery Timeframes:
Metropolitan 2-6 business days
Regional 5-7 business days
Remote 7-14 business days
Additional costs for large and heavy orders
Big and bulky items (e.g. furniture, play equipment) will incur additional delivery charges, you can see the actual cost of delivering your order by adding items to your Shopping Bag and proceeding to the Checkout.

As our products are warehoused in various locations please also note that if purchasing more than one item they might arrive separately and at different times.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address. If you have purchased one of the larger items that will come via courier, please try to make sure you are at the location for receipt of the goods on the projected delivery day, some courier companies will call in advance to confirm a time. The customer may also have the ability to change the delivery address or date, check with the individual company upon receipt of tracking details.
Goods that do not require a signature on delivery and will be left at your address if you are not home – please ensure you advise a shipping address where someone is always home, or alternatively a business address. Salsa and Gigi cannot accept any responsibility for packages left at an address, which are then removed/lost/stolen.
Products will be shipped to you directly from our supplier via their nominated courier service. Postage costs are determined by the supplier and carrier used and not that of Salsa and Gigi.
Salsa and Gigi’s return policy is 30 days from date of purchase, some manufacturers have variations for their products, please see the individual listing and below for that products return policy. You will be entitled to a refund where we are required to do so under any relevant legislation. In most cases, this legislation is the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Q Toys warranty is 12 months from date of purchase for defects in workmanship. If the product is broken when received, Salsa and Gigi must be notified immediately and goods returned within 7 days of delivery of product for replacement. Please email email@example.com to discuss.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 389 Essendon North Victoria AU 3041.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
